Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The item is damaged upon delivery.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags and accessories attached

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns if:

  • You simply changed your mind.
  • You do not like the product after receiving it.
  • The size, color, or design does not meet your personal preference.
  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method (where applicable).


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if your claim is approved.
